PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER (NACC PSW)
The PSW program prepares graduates to provide supportive care to individuals, including clients experiencing cognitive impairment, physical disability, and mental health challenges across their lifespan by assisting them with their activities of daily living. The Personal Support Worker program provides quality education and training for aspiring PSWs through comprehensive theory classes and two practicum placements. The program is offered in FULL-TIME or in PART-TIME schedule. DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC, COURSES ARE OFFERED ONLINE in all time slots with the laboratory part conducted in-person until further advisories from the Government of Ontario. PSW SCOPE of RESPONSIBILITIES
